Description

Here we grow again! Fresh Direct Produce is looking to expand our talented and energetic Part-time Customer Service Rep team! This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety, and is looking to use and increase their office experience in a busy and dynamic environment.
Hours are 3 weekdays shifts between Tues to Fri and 1 Sat shift, 4 shifts per week. All shifts are from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. If you are a team player and are interested in learning and developing, this may be the role for you!
Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry and updating of records in the company ERP systems and other workbook logs
  • Inputting sales orders & assisting the Sales department in their off-work hours
  • Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls, greeting customers and visitors
  • Performing cashier functions and receiving payments
  • Assisting other departments if needed

Qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred
