WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
 
Your Part In It:
 
Working out of our external warehousing in Milton, ON, we are looking for our next Warehouse Coordinator. 
Reporting to the Manager of North American Warehouse Administration, the Operations Coordinator- is responsible for facilitating the movement of all transactions relating to shipping goods into or out of various warehouse facilities on our clients behalf across north America using our state of art technology & business strategy. 
 
 
What The Job Entails:
  • Perform administrative, Customer Service work and data entry related to the movement of goods into and out of various warehouse dedicated partner facilities across North America.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating, problem solving;
  • Creating , managing paperwork, labels to facilate client distribution requirements .
  • Entering data into spreadsheets, managing and sorting data, related paperwork filing.
  • Respond to internal/external customer inquiries, by email & phone to provide information, collaborate and resolve matters;
  • Deal with inbound and outbound calls;
  • Coordinate transportation details and advise on any delays or problems that may arise
  • Report and provide the correct client documentation for shipments in or out of the warehouse facilities.
  • Build rapport, maintain & build strong relationships with our vendors to best support customers business requirements & day-to-day operations.
 
What We're Looking For:
  • Out of the box thinker with an analytical approach and strong attention to detail
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar environment;
  • Excellent computer skills (excel, word, outlook);
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good People skills; team player.
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Experience in a 3PL, 4PL, and office, or warehouse environment an asset.
  • Some basic warehouse or related experience, exposure to distribution warehouse operations & activities a bonus.
  • Able to develop and maintain effective, positive internal/external working relationships with diverse groups of individuals throughout the organization.
