Location: Mississauga, ON, CA

Company: Enerplace Inc.

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $20- $25 per hour DOE (Competitive, based on experience)

Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, and Sick Time.

About Enerplace Inc.

With over 43 years of industry excellence, Enerplace Inc. is a trusted, well-established distributor of premium HVAC products. Based in Toronto, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier solutions and unmatched service to our contractors and clients.

We are a close-knit, small team where every member’s contribution truly matters. If you are looking for a stable, long-term career with a company that treats you like family—while keeping your days diverse and engaging—you’ve found your place!

The Role: What You’ll Do

We are looking for a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team. This is a multi-faceted role where no two days are the same. While your roots will be firmly planted in front-facing Customer Service and Administration, you will also act as the backbone of our order fulfillment, stepping into the warehouse to keep operations moving smoothly.

Your responsibilities will span across three key areas:

1. Customer Service & Office Administration (Primary Focus)

  • Showroom Excellence: Greet walk-in clients and contractors, helping them find the right HVAC products and providing exceptional service.
  • Communication: Answer phone inquiries politely and efficiently, managing orders and answering product-related questions.
  • Financial & Order Admin: Generate invoices, process orders, and manage light bookkeeping and Accounts Receivable (A/R) tasks.

2. Warehouse Operations (Secondary Focus)

  • Order Picking: Accurately and efficiently pick and pack HVAC products from the warehouse based on order sheets.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Receive incoming inventory, verify shipments against manifests, and prepare outgoing shipments for safe transport.
  • Inventory Control: Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe showroom and warehouse environment.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, order desk, or administrative role. Experience with basic bookkeeping/invoicing or light warehouse work is a strong asset.
  • The "Small Team" Mindset: A positive, reliable, "can-do" attitude. You are someone who is happy to help out wherever needed.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and phone manners.
    • Comfortable with computer systems for data entry, invoicing, and order processing.
    • Detail-oriented (especially when handling numbers/accounts and picking orders).
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for periods in the showroom and comfortably lift/move packages in the warehouse environment.

Why Join Us?

  • Stability: Work for a reputable company with over 4 decades of success in the thriving HVAC industry.
  • Great Perks: Full health, dental, and vision benefits, life insurance, plus paid vacation and sick time.
  • Amazing Culture: Avoid the corporate red tape. Work with a friendly, supportive, and dedicated small team where you aren't just a number.

To Apply:

If you are a motivated team player who thrives in a diverse role blending customer service and logistics, we would love to hear from you!

Enerplace Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
