Job description

Quality Distribution, LLC., a leading Third-Party Warehouse and Distribution Company based in Utah, is immediately seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our customer support team. We are conveniently located just 2 miles West of the Salt Lake International Airport.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
    • Process and invoice customer orders accurately and promptly following customer-specific instructions.
    • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and managing expectations.
    • Maintain regular communication with warehouse management for to ensure overall day-to-day objectives are met.
  2. Inventory Management and Administration:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels for accuracy and availability.
    • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.
    • Collaborate with warehouse management to optimize inventory control.
    • Follow customer-specific instructions and guidelines for order fulfillment.
    • Generate and manage customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform general office administration duties, including filing and document management.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and PDF) for data analysis and reporting.
    • Demonstrate strong typing skills (minimum 45 words per minute).
    • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, addressing customer inquiries.

Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service experience. Must be able to work full-time Monday - Friday with a solid attendance record.
  • Coachability, reliability, and comfort in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PDF applications.
  • Strong typing skills and computer knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High School diploma or above.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Office Administration, Data Entry, Accounting, Customer Service, or Contract Management.
  • Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or transportation operations.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
