About Maxwell Power
At Maxwell Power, we are transforming how renewable energy projects are financed across the United States. Our team is committed to operational excellence, innovation, and providing an exceptional experience for our customers, partners, and employees.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are excited to help build the future of sustainable energy.
About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with specific experience in solar fleet monitoring to support our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team. You will be responsible for the accurate input, verification, and maintenance of performance data from a diverse portfolio of solar assets. This role is critical for ensuring our fleet monitoring systems reflect real-time operational health and for facilitating timely maintenance responses.
Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Data Entry: Accurately input and update solar asset data, including production metrics (kWh/MWh), inverter status, and weather-adjusted performance ratios into company databases and monitoring platforms.
  • Fleet Monitoring Support: Assist in tracking fleet-wide alerts and system downtime; transcribe diagnostic information from monitoring software into work order systems.
  • Documentation Management: Organize and digitize site inspection reports, warranty claims, and utility commissioning documents.
  • Data Verification: Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies between field reports and automated monitoring system outputs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with remote solar technicians and utility partners to clarify data requirements and resolve reporting inconsistencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage high-volume data entry with extreme accuracy and speed.
  • Basic Troubleshooting: Understanding of solar terminology (e.g., AC/DC, inverters, irradiation) to recognize and flag obvious data anomalies.

Compensation and Work Environment
  • Full-time, W2 position
  • Competitive base salary (based on experience) Up to $20 per hour to start
  • Bonus potential for top performers
  • Uncapped PTO
  • High-growth potential for the right candidate

Location & Work Authorization
This is a U.S.-based remote position. Candidates must physically reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application and throughout employment. Maxwell Power does not provide visa sponsorship or employment-based immigration support for this role.
