Founded in 2011, the company has grown by challenging conventional approaches to industrial services through the integration of technology, systems thinking, and continuous improvement. Today, MSCP supports clients across energy, manufacturing, mining, and industrial infrastructure by delivering synchronized solutions that improve reliability, execution, and long-term performance.

Financial & Administrative Coordination
  • Perform purchasing authority and budget verification prior to issuing purchase orders.

  • Coordinate with Finance regarding invoice reconciliation, payment scheduling, and purchasing documentation.

Communication & Collaboration
  • Serve as the central point of communication regarding procurement status and purchasing activities.

  • Provide timely updates on procurement progress, delivery schedules, and supply chain risks.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows, supplier performance, and digital processes.

  • Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements that strengthen procurement effectiveness and organizational performance.
