Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer skills and attention to detail looking to grow in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Review documents for completeness and correct any errors or inconsistencies before entering information.
- Scan, upload, organize, and file electronic and paper documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information while following established procedures.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, recordkeeping, and other office tasks as assigned.
