We are seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our impound yard team. This position is responsible for assisting customers whose vehicles have been impounded, processing paperwork, entering data into company software, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate can remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively with upset customers, and handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in the lobby regarding impounded vehicles
• Explain impound procedures, required documentation, fees, and release requirements
• Handle difficult or upset customers professionally and respectfully
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Process vehicle release paperwork and maintain organized filing systems
• Perform accurate data entry into company computer systems and databases
• Verify identification, ownership documents, insurance, and other required paperwork
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and vehicle records
• Coordinate with tow operators, law enforcement agencies, and yard staff as needed
• Collect payments and issue receipts when applicable
• Keep the front office and lobby area organized and professional

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
