Horaire : Lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 00 à 17 h 00
Type de poste : Contrat temporaire (environ 5 semaines avec possibilité de prolongation)
Salaire : 18,15 $/heure

Principales responsabilités
· Numériser et organiser les documents papier avec précision
· Effectuer la saisie de données et maintenir les dossiers à jour dans les systèmes de l’entreprise
· Veiller à ce que les fichiers et la documentation soient correctement classés et mis à jour
· Soutenir les tâches administratives générales au besoin
· Assurer l’exactitude et la confidentialité des informations
· Participer aux opérations administratives quotidiennes du bureau

Qualifications et expérience
· Expérience en administration ou en saisie de données considérée comme un atout
· Excellente attention aux détails et bonnes compétences organisationnelles
· À l’aise de travailler dans un environnement de bureau dynamique et rapide
· Français requis (l’espagnol est considéré comme un atout)
· Connaissance de base de Microsoft Office; les compétences avec Excel sont considérées comme un atout

Position Type: Temporary Contract (Approximately 5 Weeks with possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities
· Scan and organize paper documents accurately
· Perform data entry and maintain records in company systems
· Ensure files and documentation are updated and properly stored
· Support general administrative tasks as required
· Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of information
· Assist with day-to-day office operations

Qualifications & Experience
· Previous administrative or data entry experience considered an asset
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
· French language required (Spanish is considered an asset)
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel skills are considered an asset
· Strong communication skills and professionalism
