GENERAL FUNCTION
EssilorLuxottica is seeking Associates to support the facility with manual orders data entry.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Coordinator - Data you will work in the order management area where you will be inputting manual orders into the system. You will focus heavily on data entry. This is a role that will require excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow multiple processes and technical steps throughout a structured process. We plan to cross-train in the future so that you may work in multiple areas. Some duties include:
  • Will manually enter jobs that come in through the courier
  • Create tickets in C4C to advise the account (client) if something isn't available or if it isn't going to work within the ticket order.
  • Will fix tickets coming back from the lab.
  • Looking jobs up to find out the reason for stalls.
  • Re-order jobs that were canceled or outsourced.
  • Will communicate with lab and customer service about the availability of jobs, and tickets.
  • Figure out how to make tickets work and explain to customers what needs to happen.
  • Manual entry of jobs and entry of jobs that come in from Doctor's software systems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United Stated for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Coordinator - Data opportunity, you will have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • High mechanical aptitude.
  • 1+ years of related work experience in high volume data entry / order taking / admin clerk / multiple and repetitive transaction encoding or info taking.
  • Background in a manufacturing or any fast-paced, high volume, mass production environment.
  • Experience working with labs/doctors on availability.
  • Understanding of frames and lenses.
  • The ability to meet measurable standards in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications; Excel and PowerPoint in particular.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and ability to retain information.
  • Willingness to learn and be flexible.
