This position plays a key role in supporting customers, dealers, and end users by delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced call center environment where problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail are essential.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring consistent attendance and a commitment to providing a high-quality customer experience. Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with products, orders, warranties, returns, and general inquiries. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for product, technical, ordering, warranty, return, and exchange questions.
  • Assist customers by providing product information and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts and accurately update customer records.
  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, determining appropriate solutions, and ensuring successful follow-up.
  • Process and manage customer orders, including order entry, confirmations, scheduling, adjustments, and fulfillment coordination.
  • Manage workflow effectively while meeting customer expectations and delivery deadlines.

  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of products, policies, systems, and service procedures.

  • Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute (WPM).
  • Experience working in an office environment using standard computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience using multi-line phone systems or working in a call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
