This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality standards by optimizing equipment performance and monitoring production flow to meet or exceed defect and sizing specifications. Based at our Burley, Idaho facility, this position supports high-volume food manufacturing operations in a safety-first environment. What you’ll be doing.Operate production defect control and sorting equipmentAdjust machinery as needed to accommodate product cut changesPerform cleanup activities for equipment and surrounding work areasTrain and oversee cleanup personnel, including general and weekend teams as directed by Production SupervisorCollect product samples and inspect for quality and machine efficiencyMonitor line flow volumes and ensure proper sizing of production outputAccurately input data into computer tracking systemsComplete all required production records and reportsSupport continuous improvement in quality and performance standards What you’ll need to be successful.Ability to operate and adjust industrial production equipmentStrong attention to detail with a focus on product quality standardsBasic computer skills for data entry and reportingAbility to follow safety, quality, and operational procedures consistentlyStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWillingness to train and guide other team members as neededAbility to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and working in production conditions About the team.You’ll be part of the production team at our Burley, Idaho facility, a large-scale food manufacturing site with approximately 700 employees.
