Job description

The Warehouse Clerk plays a crucial role within a small warehouse team of 1-5 members, reporting directly to the Supervisor or Warehouse Manager. This role involves processing orders, managing data entry accurately, and preparing daily inventory reports using various systems including PDAs and proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to communicate effectively, and experienced in operating warehouse systems with no travel required between locations.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer and internal orders efficiently and accurately
  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Generate and submit daily inventory and operational reports
  • Operate warehouse systems and handheld PDAs effectively
  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
  • Ensure data integrity and attention to detail in all tasks
