Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with pre-ordering products, providing clear and accurate information throughout the process.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through timely, professional, and friendly responses via email and live chat.
  • Handle a high volume of customer enquiries while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Enter and update customer and order information accurately in internal databases and ERP systems.
  • Navigate and work across multiple screens, enquiries, and systems simultaneously.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, to support data entry, tracking, and reporting tasks.
  • Organise and prioritise daily workload to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share information and ensure consistent, high-quality customer support.
