As a member of the Global Logistics CVO (Company Vehicle Operations) Team, the Tolls and Violations Coordinator is responsible for processing and managing all tolls and violations, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in resolution.
Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $19 per hour based on experience.
Hours:
The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4pm.
Tolls and Violations Coordinator Responsibilities include:
  • Communicate with executives via phone and email.
  • Process systems and paperwork for vehicles.
  • Problem solve and assist with driver inquiries.
  • Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service's DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
  • Process Violation payments online and via phone. Accurate and secure handling of all financial transactions within the department.
  • Primarily manage and update company data on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Efficient and accurate processing of incoming mail.
  • Reviewing and researching various types of documents.
  • Digitizing physical documents, organizing both physical and digital files and maintaining records.

Tolls and Violations Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:
  • A high school diploma/GED.
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience.
  • Base PC skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills, yet flexible to accomplish objectives that are often subject to change.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Must have superior attendance, be prompt, and reliable.

Tolls and Violations Coordinator Working Conditions and Physical Demands include:
  • This position is performed in an office setting. Applicants must be okay sitting for extended periods of time.
