Job description

Job Title – Forklift Operator

Location – 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377

Contract – 12 months contract

Pay Rate – $16.50 - $17.50 USD hourly on W2

Shift – 1st Shift, 06:30am – 3:00pm / 2nd Shift, 3:30pm – 12:30am

Job Description:

  • Operate electric stand-up forklifts and Order Pickers/Cherry Pickers safely.
  • Move, stack, pick, and replenish materials in floor and pallet-rack locations.
  • Receive, count, verify, and record incoming/returned materials.
  • Use pick lists, handheld scanners, RF systems, and warehouse/manufacturing software.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Verify shipment quantities, packaging, and documentation.
  • Communicate in English and perform basic computer/data-entry tasks.
  • Lift up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Provide assistance/training to new team members.
  • Must be flexible with overtime, assignments, and business needs.
  • Forklift certification/experience required.
