Job description

Candidate will be responsible for accurately entering information into database and assist with other clerical duties and portal support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Entering data into database or excel.
Using systems such as Environmental Management System (EMS), Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS), and Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS) is required.
Working with regional subject matter experts to ensure procedures are followed for regulatory applications.
The ability to manage high volumes of work in tight timelines and with changing priorities.
The ability to pay attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to learn quickly, problem solve / troubleshoot.
Can work independently and within a team setting.
Filing, scanning, copying, organizing, and stamping paper work.
Assist with any other office duties as required.
