Job Summary:

The Product Data Coordinator is responsible for managing the integrity, accuracy, and lifecycle of product data across the organization's ERP systems. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Sales to ensure product information is complete, consistent, and aligned with business objectives. The Product Data Specialist plays a key role in supporting product launches, pricing, operational processes, and data governance while driving continuous improvement in product data management.


About the Role:


  • Manage the end-to-end product data lifecycle by creating, maintaining, and updating SKU records within the ERP system while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Maintain and administer product master data, including specifications, pricing, product attributes, status changes, and product setup, changes, and discontinuations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely execution across all business systems.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and maintain customer-facing product content and support the management of internal product imagery and digital assets.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Merchandising to validate product specifications, compliance documentation, warranty information, assembly instructions, and packaging requirements.
  • Support pricing administration by maintaining warehouse and direct container (DC) pricing structures, price matrices, and related reporting to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Maintain product documentation and compliance records, including testing reports, certifications, and supporting technical documentation.
  • Support product launch and sourcing initiatives by preparing product data, validating purchase order information, and maintaining product assortment information.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for product data by providing timely support to internal stakeholders and resolving product-related inquiries.
  • Monitor product data quality by identifying discrepancies, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring ongoing compliance with internal standards and business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product data processes, improve operational efficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Product Data Manager or Director of Product Development.
