Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Demand Planning and CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) team. The primary responsibilities include updating data into excel files or Midea’s internal system in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency with data management tools, and the ability to maintain data integrity to support efficient supply chain operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

·         Data entry & management

·         Data verification & quality control

·         Work closely with demand planners, supply chain coordinators, and other stakeholders to gather required information

·         Generate regular reports summarizing inventory orders, forecast updates, and CPFR status as needed.

·         Maintain organized documentation of data entry processes and updates for audit and review purpose.

·         Adhere to compliance policies

·         Purchase request order entry.

·         Process Improvement

·         Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and availability for forecasting processes

·         Use forecasting and planning tools/software to generate reports and/or actionable insights

·         Provide training and support to stakeholders on CPFR processes & tools.

 

Required Qualifications

·         Analytical skills (proficiency in analyzing data & identifying trends)

·         Effective communication skills

·         Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills

·         Team player with strong organizational skills.

·         Problem solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

·         Takes initiative & has a strong sense of urgency.

·         Technical skills (experience with CPFR software, forecasting tools & data analysis techniques)

·         Full time job (work 8 hours per day)

Details

·         This intern will work 8 hours per day, Monday to Thursday onsite and Friday remote

·         Compensation

·         10 days vacation days per year.

The expected base salary range for this role is CAD 18–21/hour. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the position. This job posting represents a current opportunity within the company.
