Role ObjectivesThe Data Entry Administrator will process client census data, update all retirement plan or pension records, and manage general office files. Key responsibilities include data input with high accuracy, record verification, and administrative support.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneMain Duties or Responsibilities - Essential Job Duties· Manage and update records to show when workers join or leave retirement plansKeying in numbers for money, moving between different investment funds or incoming plan rolloversData entry with high acuracy· Accurately maintain all paper and electronic records, including but not limited to, invoices, faxes, emails, etc.· Manage details for worker loan requests, hardship withdrawals, and retirement payouts· Coordinates statement processing & mailings; assists with all mailing related projects; manages record retention· Acts as a liaison with internal & internal customers, gathering and relaying information as needed· Other misc. related duties as assignedQualifications and Education Requirements· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (Advanced)· Excellent interpersonal skills; able to handle information in a confidential, professional manner· Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision; customer service driven; good attendance is crucial to success.· Communicates well in person and in writingPreferred Skills/Abilities· (2) years of office management experience is desirablePhysical Job Requirements· This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds at times. You must be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and move intermittently throughout the workday. You may also have prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
