The person in this role will be responsible for leading data entry initiatives as determined by the Senior Data Quality Manager and firm leadership.They will be responsible for leading and reporting status on special data team projects, as well.

As Data Entry Team Lead, you will:

  • Coordinates data entry initiatives determined by the Senior Data Quality Manager and firm leadership, including
    • Monitoring EA/PA Data Entry Team requests and training/supporting them
    • Acquisition data handling (pre- and post-acquisition) ensuring high data quality and accurate reporting through cross-team collaborations
  • Functions as a Data Team Lead assisting the Senior Data Quality Manager with monitoring and providing statuses on both regular Data Team tasks, as well as special projects
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of Data Entry Team processes and documentation
  • Participates in CRM account and contact record enrichment as part of acquisition activities
  • Assists in distributing and working the CRM non-IT Compass tickets received in a balanced manner considering Data Team member current workload and knowledge level
  • Participates in strategic projects as requested to support firm growth efforts
  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert on Data Team to resolve issues and help support the Senior Data Quality Manager with training needs
  • Other duties as needed
