Job description

The Administration Assistant Data Entry Clerk is a key individual contributor within our dedicated customer support team. This role focuses on accurately entering and managing customer and product data using Microsoft Office and specialized CRM software. The clerk provides essential support through direct daily communication with customers via email and occasional support calls, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and maintaining data integrity. This position also assists in complaint documentation and knowledge base management to support evolving product and service demands.

Responsibilities
