Job description

General Office/Data Entry - $18/Hr.

This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Responsibilities:Customer Service/General Office duties, processing customer orders in a Distribution Center. Will answer inquires via phone, email, and fax Process customer orders Identify and resolve issues in regards to shipments or order processing. Data Entry Handle issues until resolution is reached; including follow-up to ensure the actions were completed. Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, co-workers and visitors.

Location: Country Club Hills, IL

Schedule/Shift Details 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Qualifications High School Diploma Strong data entry skills, alphanumeric preferred/Ability to type 50+ wpm Proficient with MS Office Professional and customer friendly phone etiquette Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Minimum 3 years office experience
