Job Title: Data Entry / Enrollment SpecialistJob Description
The Data Entry / Enrollment Specialist supports clients throughout the enrollment and maintenance process by accurately entering, updating, and verifying participant information. This role focuses on precise data entry, record management, and administrative support while providing courteous and professional customer service. The specialist helps maintain accurate customer records, collaborates with internal teams and insurance carriers, and occasionally contacts customers by phone to verify demographic details and resolve discrepancies.
Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain enrollment and participant data with a high level of accuracy in designated systems and tools.
  • Review enrollment forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Verify participant demographic and policy information and resolve discrepancies through research and follow-up.
  • Contact customers by phone as needed to confirm information, clarify details, and ensure accurate enrollment records.
  • Maintain and organize customer records, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems, including CRM or enrollment management platforms.
  • Support benefits administration and insurance enrollment processing by accurately capturing plan selections and changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollment data.

Pay and Benefits
