Role Overview:

Could you be our next Data Entry/Mail Claims Representative? American Income Life is looking for a Data Entry/Mail Claims Representative to join the team!

This role is responsible for performing data entry and mail duties with a high degree of accuracy, supporting department needs across a variety of workstation assignments.

This is an on-site position located in Waco, Texas.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle incoming emails and entering data via PC into Access Database to process payment or generate appropriate transactions to follow.
  • Scanning, sorting, and sending incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Pick up and drop off mail daily from the designated mail pick up area within the building.
  • Perform various duties with a high degree of accuracy across diverse workstation assignments based on department need, including other duties as required.

What You Can Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum typing requirement of 50 wpm with excellent alpha and numerical recognition skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy cartons up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and various software packages required by the department.
  • Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions and demonstrates initiative.
  • Proficient communication skills including proper grammar, word usage, and punctuation in writing and verbally.
