Administrative Associate- Data Entry

Choice Distribution Inc., an affiliate of Kimball Midwest, is a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience serving the Maintenance Industry. We provide more than 23,000 consumable MRO items through a carefully managed inventory system. Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Associate- Data Entry with exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on numeric data entry. This role requires speed, accuracy, and organizational skills to ensure data integrity and smooth office operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with numbers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume numeric data entry with speed and precision.
  • Maintain accuracy in entering invoices, inventory counts, and other numeric records.
  • Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support general clerical and administrative tasks using established office procedures.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
  • Prioritize and organize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members while also working independently.
