EVE (United States of America)
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Performs either shipping or replenishment responsibilities. Also pulls inventory, performs data entry, and delivers product using Material Movement Tickets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
SHIPPING:
1. Prints picking and packing slips for the shipment of customer orders.
2. Weighs packages and puts shipping and tracking labels on packages which correspond with the shipment method of the order.
3. Packages sample orders and prepares Marketing and Sales special orders for shipment and verifies shipment methods.
4. Sortation of carrier shipments and stacking shipments on pallets and in carrier trailers.
5. Re-box and re-labeling of product as necessary to meet requirements.
6. Creates and prints certificates of compliance as required.
7. Pulls inventory, performs data entry, and delivers product using Material Movement Tickets.
8. Processes of returned goods authorization (RGA's).
9. Performs various warehouse and shipping tasks, as required.
REPLENISHMENT:
10. Receives goods, verifies products received and stores them in the warehouse.
11. Assists with data entry of goods received into the computer.
12. Pulls product to fill customer orders while verifying the accuracy of the picking.
13. Stocks various product in the warehouse while ensuring that racks are organized, the warehouse is clean, and product packages are in their proper locations.
14. Receives and processes returned goods authorization (RGA's).
15. Lifts and stack materials and products received and operates a forklift to store stock in the warehouse.
16. Pulls inventory, performs data entry, and delivers product using Material Movement Tickets.
17. Trouble shoot issues with AS/RS equipment as needed.
18. Performs other related duties, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma.
• Work related experience equivalent to six months previous warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, replenishment, and/or inventory related activities).
• Must be able to operate a forklift safely.
• Ability to be neat and organized and pay extreme attention to detail.
• Must be able to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
