Rapid City, SD
POSITION TITLE: Office Assistant
DEPARTMENT: 5 Star Car Rental, Inc. Avis Budget
REPORTS TO: Office Manager
The administration office for the local Avis Budget is looking for an office clerk to assist in daily administrative tasks. This position takes place in our administrative office in town, not the airport counter.
Key Responsibilities
Process and maintain documentation for rental car fleet
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, and check runs
Provide supporting documentation for audits
Assist Controller and Fleet with various duties as assigned by Manager
Daily trips to pick up and deliver assorted paperwork to various locations in Rapid City area.
Responsible for outgoing mail preparation.
Assist in answering incoming phone calls.
