BEIA is seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be integral in developing a rapport with both internal team members and future and existing clients to adequately understand and mitigate any issues they may face. This position requires an individual that can find creative solutions to problems and ultimately inspires clients to become enthusiastic promoters of our agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate efficiently with customers via phone, email, and text
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our products, pricing, and availability
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Proficient in technology systems
  • Bilingual Preferable (English and Spanish)
