As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely pricing for our products, supporting both internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities
- Update and maintain pricing information in the VIP system and price books.
- Submit product changes to MBWCG Product Schedules.
- Research supplier documentation to ensure pricing accuracy and communicate with suppliers regarding pricing issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to determine pricing for new products and provide new product sheets with costs, item numbers, pricing, and UPC codes.
- Support accounts payable by verifying laid-in costs on products for invoicing.
- Update chain portals with pricing and email monthly price books to customers.
- Create and add new products in the VIP system and update pricing as needed.
- Assist with bill back invoices, supplier spreadsheets, and other related processes; review and submit AAP promotions monthly; update and maintain strike pricing for depletions.
- Verify product registration with the state.
- Provide administrative support to management and perform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
- Approximately 4 years of relevant accounting or pricing experience, or a combination of education and experience that provides comparable knowledge and skills.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and pricing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with VIP software preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
