Merchandisers play a key role in ensuring our products are attractively presented and readily available in retail locations, supporting our commitment to exceptional service and quality. Responsibilities

• Restock shelves and arrange product displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Implement merchandising strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Ensure accurate placement of products, point-of-sale materials, and pricing.
• Rotate products and inspect code dates to maintain freshness and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized back stock area.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with retail store managers and staff, serving as a knowledgeable resource for product information.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales or retail merchandising is beneficial, especially in the beverage industry.
• Interest in the beverage industry and familiarity with different beverage styles and brands.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy cases as needed.
