Job Title: Order Entry Administrative Specialist

Zibiz Corporation is a well-established network technology company located in Hauppauge, NY. We are seeking a detail oriented, organized, and responsible individual as an Order Entry Administrative Specialist. The selected candidate shall perform diversified order entry and fulfillment duties related to the operational needs of the office/department. Duties include order entry, order processing, answering phone and email inquiries, coordinating to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery and general office functions. Must be accurate, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently. We provide full training. Apply today and start your career.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests, serving as the eyes and ears of the office.
  • Answer phones, direct incoming customer calls as necessary.
  • Accurately input customer orders into the ordering system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and work with logistical personnel to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve any customer order-related issues that may arise, including changes, cancellations, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate data entry records and ensure the order processing system is updated in real-time.
  • Assist with invoicing and payment processing.
  • Perform research for special projects, as assigned.
  • Handle additional related duties, as required.

Skills:

  • BS/BA degree is preferred. Relevant experience coupled with AS degree may replace education.
  • Proven experience as an order entry specialist or similar position with experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and order entry systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement in a multi-task environment.
