Job description

Our client, a well-known evolving energy company, is actively hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their team in West Bountiful, UT! This will be an onsite position, and all candidates must have a vehicle to drive locally.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily office responsibilities including answering phones, faxes, filing, data entry, calendaring, and more. You will also help the office by greeting visitors, being a liaison with vendors on services, and assisting with travel arrangements as needed.

Contract Duration: 1 year

What you will be doing:

  • Order and distribute various supplies and other items while also managing the office inventory
  • Coordinate various processes and maintain documents/records
  • Assist with data entry and tracking of employee learning using SABA MyLearning

Required Qualifications:

  • High school degree
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Prior experience working with learning platforms is a plus
