Job description

We are a manufacturing facility looking for a "Customer Service Rep" who is fluent in Spanish and at ease speaking with customers and helping them identify what products they are interested in ordering. The position includes answering customer calls, recording customer orders, inputting data entry, emailing and following up with phone calls.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with excellent verbal, and written communication skills in English and Spanish, and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience.
Previous Customer Service experience is preferred.
Work hours are full time Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
