Job Summary: To serve as a point of contact for Enrollment team handling specific daily task, you will collaborate closely with Enrollment Supervisor for handling specific projects and daily operations. Your responsibilities will include handling correspondence and performing various enrollment duties to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle enrollment team correspondence
    • Daily return mail
    • Daily ID card special requests
  • Coordination of Benefits mailings
  • Certificate of Creditable Coverage request
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional education or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.
