Position Overview:

Job Title: Volunteer and Data Entry Coordinator.
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Pay Range: $24.27 hourly.
Position Goal:
The Volunteer and Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HACAP Food Reservoir by coordinating a positive, organized, and mission-driven volunteer experience while maintaining accurate records and data systems. This role helps connect community members to meaningful service opportunities that advance the HACAP Food Reservoir's vision of feeding people in need and ending hunger. The position also supports administrative and data entry functions by entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining records with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Conditions of Employment:
Education and/or Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Education, Business Administration, Non-profit Management, or a closely related field with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience communicating effectively with individuals and groups in community, volunteer, or public-face settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with donor management or CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Conditions of Employment
- Valid Driver's License.
