Job description

LHH Recruitment is partnered with a company in West Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Data Entry/ Customer Order Entry Processor to join the team. This is a full-time on-site position $21.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience.
The Data Entry/ Customer Order Processor is responsible for accurately processing customer orders and ensuring timely, efficient coordination between customers, sales, and internal departments.
Job Duties:
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the company system, ensuring all details such as pricing, quantities, terms, and delivery information are correct.
  • Review orders for completeness and compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
  • Communicate with customers to clarify order details, resolve discrepancies, and confirm order status as needed.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, billing, and fulfillment teams to ensure orders are processed and completed on time.
  • Maintain and update customer records, order documentation, and related data in internal systems.
  • Monitor order status and proactively identify potential issues or delays, escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Process order changes, cancellations, and returns according to established procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, invoices, and delivery timelines in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and data validation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Previous 1 year recent experience in order entry
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry and experience using order management or CRM systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar business software.
