Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Pharmacist In Charge with daily functions.
  • Supervise Data Entry and Customer Service Technicians to ensure productivity standards are met.
  • Allocate staffing resources based on current workflow.
  • Review and enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
  • Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
  • Complies with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code.
  • Complete any other task assigned by the Pharmacist In Charge.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Texas required.
  • Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Previous data entry experience preferred.
  • Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned.
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to physically perform light lifting.
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
  • Quick typing skills.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS.
