NOW Hiring - Patient Care Coordinator - Front Desk


Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a Part Time Patient Care Coordinator to help with coverage in our Fowlerville and Howell clinics. Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self-starter, should possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, this is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community in order to provide a welcoming environment.

Schedule: Guarantee part time with the possibility of full time in the future

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet patients
  • Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
  • Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
  • Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy.
  • Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources.
  • Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology.
  • Answering phones
