Titan Tax is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining client and business information in our secure databases and tax management systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality while working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, verify, and update client records, tax documents, and financial information.
  • Review submitted data for completeness and accuracy before processing.
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation.
  • Perform routine quality checks to identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Process confidential information while adhering to company privacy and security policies.
  • Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing or corrected information.
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and record management.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Support administrative projects and other duties as assigned.
