Job Description Performs a variety of duties to assist in the care provided by wellness professional personnel. Upon instruction, is able to provide these selected duties as assigned and supervised, with basic knowledge of fundamentals and theory. Performance of advanced technical procedures after competency has been demonstrated.

Responsibilities Clinical Review medical record to collect data for research purpose. Make measurements from image data as needed. Data entry into computer system.

Draft publication documents, poster design. Provide clerical support for wellness division to include filing, copying, etc. and MS Access data entry support for wellness programs Provide clerical support for wellness division to include filing, copying, etc.
