JOB SUMMARY
The Data Management Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of an organization's data. This role involves supporting data management processes, troubleshooting data issues, and ensuring data quality. The specialist works closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide effective solutions.
Key responsibilities include data cleaning, data validation, data migration, and providing technical support for data-related inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• The position requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Knowledge and strong ability to navigate the following programs is a plus: Excel, E-Automate, AutoTask, DEX App, and Salesforce. Day-to-day and intermittent job duties include backing up a teammate's duties during their absence; finding and manually processing orders from a variety of sources & reports; communication with vendors; inter-company communication with various departments; creation, upkeep and correction of Items in E-Automate.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 1-3 years of experience in data management, order processing or customer service role
• Proficiency in data entry, analysis and reporting
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
• Travel requirements: Domestic: Up to 20%
• Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
