Employment Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week

Contract Duration: 12-Month Base + Four (4) 12-Month Option Periods + 6-Month Extension Option

Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen; must successfully complete a National Agency Check (NAC) and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) prior to contract start.

Position Overview

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist to provide critical data management and customer service support for the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at MacDill Air Force Base. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry into tracking systems, class roster preparation, and providing frontline customer support to both internal staff and external customers.

You will serve as a key member of the M&FRC support team, ensuring all program data is accurately recorded, all customer inquiries are professionally addressed, and all administrative processes run smoothly. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and timely input, updating, and recording of information and documentation into the Air Force Family Integrated Results and Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) system and locally developed systems like MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Scan, upload, and maintain documentation related to M&FRC programs, classes, and services.
  • Support TAP classes by assisting with class check-ins, room set-up and break-down, laptop distribution and usage, and facilitator equipment support.
  • Prepare class rosters and manage no-show lists to ensure accurate participant tracking.
  • Provide customer support to internal and external customers by answering phones, responding to requests, replying to emails, and drafting correspondence.
  • Assist staff in the use of equipment, software, and M&FRC program processes.
  • Support the TAP Core Compliance Expert (CCE) and Flight Chief with administrative tasks as requested.
  • Safeguard all Personal Identifying Information (PII) and maintain required training certifications on safeguarding PII.
  • Comply with AFI 33-322 (Records Management), DoD Regulation 5400.7 (FOIA), and AFI 33-332 (Privacy Act).
  • Ensure all records and files are maintained as property of the Government and returned upon completion or termination of the contract.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and professional work area.
  • Ensure all government-furnished equipment and identification are returned upon contract termination or expiration.
Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience related to administrative, data entry, and IT duties as outlined in the PWS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to deal professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Capable of adapting to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Ability to learn and work independently and efficiently.

Security & Citizenship

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must successfully complete a National Agency Check (NAC) before beginning work.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Must complete all required Total Force Awareness Training (TFAT) prior to gaining access to AF Network computers.
  • Must comply with DoD 5200.2-R (Personnel Security Program) and AFI 33-119 (Email Management).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or knowledge of the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) operations.
  • Knowledge of Access is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with AFFIRST (Air Force Family Integrated Results and Statistical Tracking) system.
  • Understanding of military protocol, structure, and chain of command.
Work Environment
  • Primary Place of Performance: MacDill Air Force Base, FL (Bldg 38 and Bldg 18, with occasional support at off-site locations in Ruskin, FL).
  • Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 0730-1630 (local time), including a one-hour lunch break. Exact days and times may be jointly adjusted to accommodate unique programming needs, not to exceed 40 hours per week.
  • Federal Holidays are observed; the contractor shall not be required to work on recognized Federal Holidays.
  • In the event of evacuation for a hurricane or other locally identified crisis, the contractor must notify the Flight Chief of their alternate location and provide updates upon return.
  • Contractor personnel must comply with all government security, training, and IT access requirements.
  • At the close of each workday, the contractor will ensure commercial laptops are accounted for and secured.
