Job description

The Clerk performs moderately complex clerical duties in areas such as bookkeeping, inventory control, purchasing, data entry, and accounting in support of the ASCI-Amarillo department. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Knowledge in operating standard office equipment. Work involves: answering correspondence, reviewing mail, copying and distributing information, checking documentation for accuracy, transporting documents and/or stock and inventory, data entry and word processing, and maintaining files and reports. Performs receptionist duties for ASCI-Amarillo and acts as back-up building safety manager. Clerk will be serving as a backup direct care staff if needed.
