Position Summary

The Customer Success Specialist I supports Concentra’s Operations, Sales and Billing teams with existing account maintenance/management, and removal of suspense transactions/revenue in proprietary database while ensuring data integrity.

The Details
  • Responsible for daily completion of update cases for existing accounts and removal of suspense, while meeting production requirements and ensuring data quality
  • Input data into closed loop propitiatory database system
  • Validate data for accuracy to ensure the highest level of data integrity and reject submissions if data is incorrect
  • Identify missing data points; research and locate necessary information to ensure a complete and accurate entry
  • Review and process account updates per state specific guidelines and data requirements within defined standard operating procedures
  • Initiate email validation process with customers for account verification in compliance with Concentra’s account set-up requirements
  • Build internal relationships with Operations, Sales and Billing departments
  • Coordinate with Information Systems on all technical issues which cannot be resolved with internal troubleshooting process

Education/Credentials
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some college courses in Business Administration or in a related field from an accredited college/university, preferred
Job-Related Experience
  • Customarily has at least six or more months of experience performing data entry in multiple systems/applications simultaneously
