The Equipment Operator I is responsible for operating simple automated assembly machines in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining machine operations, ensuring product quality, and performing repetitive production tasks with consistency and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automated assembly machines to produce high-quality medical devices.
  • Start, monitor, and maintain machines, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
  • Interpret machine faults, troubleshoot basic issues, and restart equipment.
  • Perform work order setup and data entry in electronic batch records and inventory systems.
  • Monitor gauges, dials, and machine indicators.
  • Conduct product inspections and basic testing to ensure quality standards.
  • Weigh, count, package, and label finished products.
  • Maintain accurate production and documentation records.
  • Keep work areas and equipment clean and compliant with company standards.
  • Operate multiple simple machines with flexibility as needed.
