Relevant du Directeur des operations, l'Associe aux operations soutient les operations quotidiennes d'une entreprise de logistique. Ce role implique le suivi des expeditions, la mise a jour des systemes et la gestion des taches administratives afin d'assurer des processus fluides et efficaces.

Les responsabilites incluent, mais ne sont pas limitees a :

  • Surveiller les expeditions a l'aide des systemes de suivi afin de garantir le deplacement ponctuel des marchandises, du depart a l'arrivee
  • Planifier les rendez-vous de collecte et de livraison
  • Fournir des mises a jour en temps reel des expeditions aux equipes internes
  • Saisir avec precision les informations dans le logiciel de gestion du portail client
  • Offrir un service de qualite aux transporteurs par telephone et courriel
  • Escalader rapidement les problemes non resolus
  • Executer toute autre tache assignee

Exigences:

  • Minimum 1 an d'experience en saisie de donnees
  • Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale
  • Maitrise de Microsoft Excel
  • Bilingue (anglais et francais)
