POSITION OVERVIEW:
A & Associates is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to support a high-volume records management project within the Circuit Clerk's Office. This role operates within a structured, production-driven environment requiring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established procedures for handling confidential legal documents.
The selected candidates will be responsible for entering, scanning, and verifying civil court records into the County's system, ensuring that all files are accurately processed and properly indexed. Success in this position will be driven by the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy, meet productivity expectations, and operate effectively within a repetitive, process-driven workflow. This position is best suited for individuals who can maintain focus over extended periods, follow detailed instructions, and perform in an environment where precision and confidentiality are critical.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Perform high-volume data entry of civil case information into designated systems
• Scan and upload physical documents into electronic case files
• Create and maintain digital records in accordance with established procedures
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to entry
• Verify that all scanned documents are properly indexed and stored
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all court records and sensitive information
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or data inconsistencies and report to supervisors
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy expectations
• Follow all client policies, procedures, and document handling protocols
• Support overall project timelines by maintaining consistent output and reliability
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 1 to 3+ years of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and written instructions
• Experience working in a high-volume or production-based environment
• Strong time management and reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Consistent attendance and dependability
PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
• Experience working with government, legal, or court-related records
