Position Information
Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Compensation: Weekly pay plus comprehensive benefits
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, operating hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST. Candidates must be available to work any assigned 8-hour shift within those hours.

Remote Equipment: All required equipment will be provided and shipped directly to your residence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to patients and healthcare members.
  • Review and confirm patient information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming calls and, when required, make outbound calls related to prescription coverage, benefits, and general inquiries.
  • Collect, document, and evaluate billing, insurance, and medical-related information.
  • Ensure all interactions and processes remain compliant with federal healthcare program regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain professional communication while resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of one year of recent call center experience is required. Candidates without recent call center experience will not be considered.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology, HIPAA requirements, and patient privacy guidelines is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
  • Dependable attendance and the ability to work scheduled shifts consistently without interruption.
  • Basic technical aptitude, including troubleshooting common remote-work equipment and connectivity issues.
  • Reliable high-speed internet service with a hardwired connection is required. Wireless hotspots or mobile internet connections are not permitted.
