Position Title: SENIOR DATA INTELLIGENCE ANALYST  

Salary: $90000 - $110000

Pay Grade: 15

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Power BI, Power Platforms, data modeling, data governance and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role will act as an SME on the data sources feeding various internal and external reporting tools. The primary focus will be on discovering and documenting new data sources, converting business requirements into tasks and development, and ensuring deliverables meet those requirements. This role will be pivotal in expanding our analytical capabilities and launching best-in-class, embedded reporting for a key global client, driving informed decision-making and enhancing business outcomes. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in our proactive data monitoring project, ensuring data integrity and maintaining confidence from our users.

Candidate will be required to travel up to 15%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Maintain and develop new Power BI dashboards and reports per direction of the client and account team
  • Deliver analytical tools that facilitate driving data-driven decision making and Insights
  • Drive data governance, process, and master data maintenance within the CMMS platform (ServiceNow / Nuvolo) for the client
  • Conduct comprehensive data discovery to understand the structure, content, and relationships within our data sources
  • Employ SQL techniques for data querying, analysis, and validation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring alignment with business requirements and data integrity standards
  • Nurture client and stakeholder relationships, providing thought leadership and proactive solutions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and analytics

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence or business analytics, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Advanced Power BI skills Including power query, DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualization
  • Proven experience in data discovery and SQL
  • Adept at transforming and manipulating data to deliver efficient data models and actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and trends
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with facility services and/or hospitality data a plus
